We will work on your behalf for 30 business days to find the talent you need for your facility. The talent we source is based on the job description you will give to us when you sign up.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you have to pay per candidate? No! If we send 20 candidates within your 30 business days and you hire all 20, there is no additional fee. 
2. How often will we be contacted with information? You will be contacted weekly with updates about your account.
3. What happens if we do not hire? We will extend your account for absolutely free for an additional number of days. When the account is closed you will get a file with all the candidates and their contact information.
4. What happens after I sign up? You will receive an email with the next steps, and an agreement to sign. 
5. Can I get a refund? No, we do not offer refunds for our services. 
6. What is in the agreement? Everything that is stated above is in the agreement.

Guarantee 

• If you make a hire with our company and the candidate does not work out within the first 30 days of starting the job we will open a new search for you for an additional 60 days all on us! 

Transparency 

• Full access to sourced candidates' information and their assessments and video interviews and real-time visibility into the progress of each active account.  
• Communication 1-2 times per week.
